Hmm. Well I can't seem to actually download the archive.... I'm getting like 0bytes/second
. However, it mentions that a pre-compiled windows binary is included in the source archive. You should be able to just yank that out and use it.Not having used the software, I don't know much about it, but the how-to seems to cover the basics.
