(btw, it seems to work fine with premiere pro captured dv files)

I don't think it will be FULL NLE, but we are going to add a frame accuracy (one GOP recompression) feature and additional format (WMF and MPEG2) support.

The main purpose of this announce is the software discussing and beta testing.
