I've tried several CDs and using dbPowerAmp Music Converter it will find the tags of all the CDs I've tried through freedb but when I try them on Foobar it tells me the CD can't be found in the freedb database.
Anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks!

Maybe the server you're using is not responding? Have a look in the fb2k console for the exact error message.
Do these CDs contain data tracks?

The exact error message from the console was something along the lines of CD data not found on freedb server.
Some of them do have data tracks.
