ok, this might be a stupid question but i'll ask anyway. i bought an echo indigo dj soundcard for my laptop and very good it is too. however, i've noticed a limitation (which may not be able to be rectified)...

apart from mixing on my laptop i've also got decks and a mixer so wanted to do a vinyl mix to mp3 format on my laptop. everything was fine until i wondered where to plug in the cable from my mixer. my first thought was the echo indigo but that hasn't got any inputs. obviously i want to go through the soundcard but i don't think i can. can i 'create' an input on my computer through the echo indigo (i.e. reassign an output)...? my computer is a dell inspiron 510m and there aren't seperate inputs on it, just a line out (h/phones) and microphone jacks...
