I can build command line tool and utilize enc_aac.dll. Can anyone provide ABX test for it?
Seems like enc_aac.dll is not FAAC based (i found such strings in binary: "..\DolbyCE0.1\code")

It's very interesting to compare FAAC, iTunes, Nero and enc_aac.dll @ 128 kbps...

Note! Seems like encoder produce samplerate downsampling to 32kHz for bitrate below 128 kbps

Isn't this codec WinAmp uses for AAC LC an older Dolby based one, unless they upgraded it recently?
