I can build command line tool and utilize enc_aac.dll. Can anyone provide ABX test for it?
Seems like enc_aac.dll is not FAAC based (i found such strings in binary: "..\DolbyCE0.1\code")

It's very interesting to compare FAAC, iTunes, Nero and enc_aac.dll @ 128 kbps...

Note! Seems like encoder produce samplerate downsampling to 32kHz for bitrate below 128 kbps blink.gif

Thanks for doing this one also. I really like your AACPlus encoder BTW ( http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index....showtopic=36772 ).

Isn't this codec WinAmp uses for AAC LC an older Dolby based one, unless they upgraded it recently?
