I have a large, but not unlimited amount of hard drive space I would like to use for a networked multimedia streaming system. I would like to back up my DVD collection to hard drive, but to save space, only need the English 5.1 audio track.

Does anyone know of a linux program that can strip individual audio streams from VOB/MPEG files?
