Until now I've been using FLAC and LAME encodings for my music. Now I think the time has come to gather some understanding and experience on the aac/MPEG4 too. However, I can't find a FAQ of some sort that would list the recommended encoders, software, settings and other methods. Are these gathered somewhere or should I just start randomly reading the aac forums?
