Does anyone know what the max decibels is in 20 watts x 20 watts?

decibel represents ratio of two values. So you can't know how much decibels you are going to get with certain power level. If you are talking about loudspeakers, it depends how sensitive they are, what's your measuring distance, place and enviroinment.
But you can calculate dBm value, which is power ratio against 1 mW. So the 20W is about 43 dBm.

The typical sensitivity of loudspeakers is 85 to 90 dB/1 W in 1 meter distance
