Hi guys.My question is very simple.Should I use HE-AAC codec on 96 or 128 kbps,or not.Which is your opinion.

Of course,I mean on AACPlus v2 or Nero AAC.

To my mind, in that range Vorbis aotuv4 kicks AAC's ass very clearly.
HE-AAC suffers from artifacts at any given bitrate, and they are SO evident. I'd only use it @ 64kbps and below.

Spectral band replication actually decreases transparency at higher bit rates compared to LC AAC.
