Hi there,

I use winLAME to transcode mp3s to lower bit rates for use on my mobile phone (I know this is generally considered a 'bad' thing to do but quality isn't an issue as I listen to them via the phone's little speaker).

One thing; at the beginning of each encoding process winLAME helpfully pops up to tell me what I'm about to do is a contradiction of everything an audiophile should stand for (Warning: transcoding from lossy to lossy is wrong, WRONG WRONG WRONG! - or something like that). Is there anyway to turn off this message? I can't find any documentation on the subject.

Many thanks! smile.gif
