i have a picture of a track of opeths new album, i have a picture of the wavefrom in nero wave editor is this good? i dont know much about music im a noob but i know its not clipping but do you think this is good or bad how the waveform is?

Unfortunately the only aspects you can even get an idea of from the waveform view is how loud it may be and whether or not it may be clipping. You can't actually tell if it is clipping or not, but you can see if the possibilty exist. Nothing about the quality of the recording, the mixing, or the mastering is visible.
