I've recently copied my music collection off of an old pc onto my new laptop. I had 2424 files which were all songs but after adding the files to windows media player it shows that I have 2424 media files but in the my music folder if I do right click properties I all of a sudden have 3160 files. I expect the extra files to be .jpg for the album photo's, because the folders with extra files are the ones when viewed through thumbnails shows album photos. The problem is these files don't show up in the folder, not even when I enable the view hidden files option, so i don't know how to get rid of these usless files. I would just recopy them and not use wmp but I had already retagged about half of them and don't want to have to do that all over again. Any help in riding of the files would be very very much appreciated.
