Now, now, let's not get carried away. "LAME Mars Edition pre-alpha-very-dangerous-dontuseme-toxic", all fine for me, but "Microsoft"? The words "microsoft" and "alpha" in the same sentence should be enough to send any sensible being running away, screaming.

Edit: on a more serious note, congrats to the LAME developers and HA testers for this achievement. It was about time. @Gabriel: although I personally don't care much, it might be a good idea to drop the "beta" tag. I'm sure the HA community has already conducted a round of beta-testing most developers could only dream of.

Yes... 'alpha' and 'Microsoft' often means: "oh, here is another absolutely cool innterface mockup made with photoshop about how we are hoping our very future OS will look!"

When unicode will be officially supported by all platforms we'll mark all releases by:
1) arabic numeral: major release
Ⅱ) capital roman (I think there is only until 12, sorry, Ⅻ): minor
三) chinese numeral: minor-minor
and finally
δ) greek letters, for the development cycle. Don't forget to add accents and spirits for marking the exact number of open bugs (like ἧ for 5 critical bugs and 43 noncritical)
