Since itunes 5 we finally had VBR: 96/***/128/160/192/***/256.

How come some rates are blanked out (theories)? Can it be VBR is "tuned" for these settings? also...

anyone knows what the dif. between mentioned bitrates are? which freq. they work at? what they're filtering & so on?
