Ok, all of a sudden Foobar isn't seeing any tags for any of my MP3's. I can see them in Tag&Rename just fine and even when I hover my pointer over them in just Explorer. What the heck is going on?
Synthetic Soul
Have you recently run them through MP3Gain?
bl4h
Not in about a year. I guess There's the possibility that I haven't listened to them in that long. Ok, so I just went to MP3Gain and had it remove it's entries and still no luck. Any idea what I'm missing?

Are the tags visible in Foobar2000 0.9 and what tag types does it indicate?

Uh, there isn't a 0.9 as far as I can tell. According to Tag&Rename they all contain ID3v1 and 2. I'm really confused. I can go back and use Masstagger and then it sees the tags just fine and Tag&Rename reports the exact same thing as before the Masstagger.

There is a 0.9 beta if you go to http://foobar2000.org/beta.html

If you still have some of those files left, have you tried reloading the tag info?
bl4h
It worked perfectly! Thank you very much! smile.gif

There's some nice interface changes in the beta. I also like how a whole bunch of the features I used to add with plug-ins are now there by default.

I'm having the same problem, I've used MP3 gain on all my MP3's and Foobar isn't reading the tags anymore.

Is there a way to fix this without upgrading to Foobar Beta 10 (beacuse some of the components won't work).

Cheers.

Remove the UNDO tags from your MP3 files.
