Hi:
I converted a DTS encoded WAV file from 48khz to 96khz but it was changed to PCM with no DTS encoding. I have foo_dts. What do you suppose I muffed during conversion? Do I maybe need another dll for proper conversion?
I had a good look through previous posts but may have not noticed what it was I needed to know-I'm not very bright.

thanks

Use the SurCode DVD DTS software, it works well.
I tried to decode the wav files (with DTS stream inside) and get the 6 mono wav files with PCM.
After that i converted them to 48000 Hz from 44100 and load into SurCode DVD DTS (http://www.surcode.com/low/dvdDts/dvdDts.htm)
And get the DTS file again with bitrate 48000Hz.

Second was was:
Decode the DTS into 6 wav files and use them in
discWelder Chrome II to produce the DVD-Audio disk image :
result was:
ATS_01_0.BUP
ATS_01_0.IFO
ATS_01_1.AOB
AUDIO_PP.IFO
AUDIO_TS.BUP
AUDIO_TS.IFO
AUDIO_TS.VOB
which can be played too on any player or you can write the file onto blank DVD disc and listen in and DVD-A player.
