Hi everyone,
I was wondering whether anyone knows how to use the Nero mp4 encoder with Exact Audio Copy (EAC)? I've searched everywhere for this but still no luck.
Alternatively does anyone konw how to save Nero's settings to the ones i specify? i.e. always use the transperent setting.
Any help will be appriciated.
Cheers

There are some dll wrapers to do this. I guess you can find them in rarewares among some tagging tools for mp4 . The one I use is called NAACEnc. I dropped it in some folder in windows path. In EAC -> compression options use in the program path
"c:\windows\system32.cmd.exe" (Assuming u are in a Win2K/XP evironment"). In command line options put something like:
/c NAACEnc.exe -lc -qf -extreme %s %d && tg.exe %d --artist "%a" --album "%g" --track "%n" --title "%t" --genre "%m" --year "%y"
BTW, tg.exe is the program to do the mp4 tagging.
Donīt forget to fill the extension box with .mp4 or .mp4a

Try running the apps from the command line - they should tell you what switches you can use.
I don't have Nero here at work so I can't test. I know naac definately does, and it would be dumb if others don't.
