Five days is too long IMHO.

And thirty minutes is way too long to wait for an email message that has presumably been sent, IMHO.

The logo design was meant to be in the public domain, according to the original thread.
I'm not going to get drawn into this. This will be my final post on the subject, but I feel this needs to be said. You, sir, are an imbecile. How dare you demand? How dare you condescend?
Personally I don't think the files should have been released to idiots like you before the LAME website had the benefit of a rebrand, but that's Roberto's call. The logo could never be anything but public domain if it was to be used with LAME - but give the designer more than five days to hand it over in a way that he sees fit. He has spent his free time developing this with no request for recompense. And you demand he hand it over? You accuse him of not releasing to the public?
I am simply flabbergasted.
