Someone in Korea that he has 7 files (out of 130) whose ID3v2 tags are not correctly recognized by foobar2000. The tags were written in UTF-16 using a program that he wrote.

I asked him if he could provide some hexdumps of the tag data, saying that I could report the problem at the official forums if he wanted.

If I were to report potential bugs with foobar2000, would hexdumps of the beginning of the songs be enough for you to diagnose the problems, if any?
