I'm using:
--vbr-new -b 192 -B 320 -F -T -V 0
it gives me better results than simply -V 0 and vbr.

If I may ask, what does -T do?
EDIT:
And also what the next post says.

If I may ask, what does -T do?
-T enables and forces writing of the Lame tag.

Thanks Madrigal.
So -t disables the Lame tag and -T enables and forces it?
