Hi guys,
I installed foobar2000 0.83 (special) on my Debian machine. Everything works relatively smoothly. Except for the foo_id3v2.dll component which does not load correctly on startup. I assume it's because it's looking for some Windows system file that does not exist via Wine. Has anyone figured out how to get this component working on Linux via Wine?
The problem is that when I'm tagging files in foobar, they look fine, but when I play them in a different Linux app, I see the ID3V2 tags are still there and haven't been stripped by foobar automatically when tagging (like they normally are on a Windows environment).
Thanks,
Andy
