Check out Sveriges Radio (Swedish Radio)

They have DD(AC3) and DTS files for download.

I post surround music on AcidPlanet for free. If you can tolerate noisy, aggressive, and sometimes annoying electronic music, please take a listen. You can stream the WMA files in surround, but you need to register to download. I usually have 3 versions of each song I create: stereo, surround, and "headphone". If you stop by, please let me know what you think of the music and the surround mix.

Hi, there are 6- and 8-channel test files in wav and wma format available for free from Microsoft:
Multichannel test files

Also, some 5.1 music is available in MP3surround format from www.all4mp3.com (it requires a special mp3surround player).
