Have just installed the latest release. Am first tim user.

I try to transcode and Yahoo Music engine WMA and I get this error.

error code 80070057. Error setting direct sound cooperative level. please shutdown other programs using your sound card.

Does anyone know how to handle this error.
I've closed anything sound related. Clicked off items in the system tray. rebooted and closed Yahoo Music Engine.

Am stumped. All help appreciated.

If you were trying to transcode a song bought from Yahoo Music, you won't be able to due to DRM. Other options are either burning the file to a CD and then ripping from the CD or using MuvAudio to record a perfect copy.
