I'm looking for any software able to sumbit informations from tags to freedb/cddb. It should support flac files. It could be any magic foobar plugin as well :-)

EAC would be ok (to submit during ripping process) if it only did support my national letters. But it does not :( I think it's because EAC does not support UTF-8 freedb submission, does it?

I'd be pleased with any recommendation,

Creating a foobar2000 component that supports submitting data to freedb from FLAC files (or other non-CD sources for that matter) will be problematic, as freedb requires the length of potential data tracks to be present in a submission. Querying, editing and resubmitting data would be feasible on the other hand.

Sorry, but I do not know a software that does what you want.

dbpoweramp audio cd input supports utf-8. correct me if i am wrong...
