Hi

I would like to watch my video files on my wide screen TV. I have a graphics card with the following ports

VGA
S-Video (4 pin)
DVI

What would be the best way to get connected to the TV. I would prefer if I could connect directly to the scart sockets.

Thanks

If it's a CRT TV without DVI or VGA socket, then S-Video is the only straight way, you just need a svideo-scart cable.

afaik scart only provides composite pin so you would have to do some sort of s-video -> composite conversion, i did this:
CODE

s-video to composite

Y-ground------------------+
                          +---------- RCA/composite ground
C-ground------------------+

Y-------------------------+
                          +--------- RCA/composite video
C------------||-----------+
           470pF

(you just need one 470 pikofarad 'capacitor')

and it is working fine, more:

p.s. not sure if the 'capacitor' is the right word here...
