i'm new to audio codec testing. I would like to know what kind of testing need to be performed on audio codec right from when the development begins.
Currently i'm performing conformance testing, apart form that what other tests need to be done to ensure good quality.
how can we do performance testing, memory leak testing for audio codec.
is there any document or websites where codec testing & its finer points are mentioned.

for information on ABX, check out http://www.ff123.net - ABX is used to monitor quality, etc.
