Hi all,
I am about to buy a new MP3 Player. And I have some doubts.

1. Possible faliures with hard disk drives
2. ATRAC format of Sony is being a lossy format.
3. Apple IPod shuffle is missing the equalizer.


Please let me know your ideas to make a better choise.

What about Creative Muvo Slim ?
1. Firmware is upgradable
2. Rechargable Battery with 17 hours of playback time
3. Flash Memory / No hard drive
4. Equalizer (not a wow)

What about the Sound Quality? I have audigy PCI card in my computer and I know they are good at sound business and it sounds like business.

This has been discussed extensively in other threads. Just do a search to find the player that best serves your needs

I didnt know ATRAC also has a lossless version...

Id always say to go with iriver, creative labs, or *maybe* sony.

Do you mean ATRAC 3+ ?
