Hey guys.

This burner can Etch words, pics, or whatever in the unused portion of cdr's as you all know. I was wondering if anyone knows what cdr's are the best to try
Yamaha brand is 40$ for 50 cdr's screw that. Does anyone else have any suggestions of cdr to buy??????

Blue dye works the best. All other Cdr colors are usless for this "disc T@2"

Thank you for any help!!!
Cygnus X1
Those TDK "certified plus" discs that come in slim cases are blue-dye (Azo) discs. Try those; they look exactly the same (colorwise) as the ones in the Yamaha Disc T@2 advertisment. Definitely stay away from those True-Silver ones, though biggrin.gif
Destroid
According to this review when using non-Pioneer medium for t@2: "Discs using darker dyes like Metal Azo (Mitsubishi/Verbatim) produce the best looking discs."

Pretty nifty drive you got there. Enjoy!

I have so many cdr's unlabeled and no name brands this burner is really cool for keeping track of cdr's. If i find a cheap spindle of dark blue dye. Im set smile.gif
