i am new to this site, i am needing to comvert midi files so i can use them on my cell phone i think some of my ring tones are 1,2,3 i need them to be 0 i was told that i need a converter anyone have any idea were i can get one or go to the right place

Take the subject line of your post and punch it into Google. Add "freeware" and/or other parameters as required.

EDIT: Use "midi converter ring tones", for example.
