Use foobar2000's Diskwriter (right click on the track -> convert -> PCM fixed point) or Winamp's Diskwriter plugin (Preferences -> Plugins -> Nullsoft Diskwriter).
However, if your WMA's bear that "copyright" or whatsoever mark, you can't convert them to anything, as well as play them (in other words - if they can't be played, they can't be converted to anything).
One more solution is Spoon's dBPowerAmp (I think it's spelled this way, don't kill me Spoon if it isn't), which also offers you very simple conversion between audio formats (right click on the file, literally).
A word to the wise - use Lame, Vorbis, AAC or MPC. WMA is not discussed very much here, and there's a good reason for it.

You can convert WMA to anything else online at
http://www.media-convert.comnb : you can't if the file is protected
If the wma's are protected (and you bought them from a musicstore) you can burn an audio-cd with WMP (most drm'ed files are allowed to copy to cd) and re-rip to wav or anything else if desired.
If you haven't bought them there's no way to transcode.
But if the wma's aren't protected you can convert them with foobar, winamp or dbpoweramp like wintershade mentioned above.

Have u tried opening DRM´ed WMAs with Audition? If Audition can open it, then it can save it to WAV.
