Hi everybody,

I want to develop simple rtp based application that did not use any signaling (neither SIP nor H323), just stream captured sound and play back received stream. Where get SDK. I've tried to look at OpenH323 but it seems to be a little bit overkill. Could anyone help me with this?. It has to be for Windows and standalone (not Java)
