Is there a tool or a way to determine what compression setting is used when encoding? Like what level of compression was used ... something similiar to like LAMETag or something in MrQM ?

I knoe w/APE in mrqm it said like high or soemthing but w/FLAC it just tells hte encoder version but not settings.

This has been asked before but i couldn't find it on a search. Josh replied if i remeber correctly. I think the following points were raised:

There are no tools at teh moment
A rough idea can be gained by analysing the bit-stream manually for sertain features and parameters
It is not recorded anywhere at the moment.

If ya want it at a cetain level, i'd just transcode and add a tag, its so quick to do on most fast pcs.
