i know i'm not supposed to normalize a file, i'm supposed to use replaygain (or mp3gain for my current situation). however my car stereo doesn't understand replaygain, which is very annoying. so i want to write a batch file that will take a flac file, make a temporary wave file, normalize that wave, then lame that wave. i need a commandline normalizer. or is there an option for normalizing with flac or lame that i don't know of.
