what´s the structure of a DTS-CD? Is it a simple DTS file burn to the root of the CD or is there more to it?

The DTS file is burned as a normal CD track. So the DTS data must be in a 44.1khz 16 bit stereo WAV file. Then take that WAV file and burn it as a normal audio cd track using your favorite burning program. That's it. Just make sure whatever you're playing it on can really handle a digital signal and decode DTS.
