it looks like a mess, i can't write cd-text in the cd's. If i try to decompress any looseless format the final output i get is *.pcm file. How come i can not encode it into *.wav?

Unless you are specific how can we be? What system are you on; what formats have you tried; what command lines are you using; how does the CD-Text bit fit in; what are you talking about?

Be specific, in any case:
-check your burner supports writign CD-TEXT
-many CD writing applications support the most common lossless formats (built-in or with plug-ins) and can create regular audio CD's directly with CD-TEXT data coming from the tags
-simply decode your lossless files and/or images with the codec's developer's proper CLI/application (no third party software) and enter CD-TEXT data manually in your preferred CD writing application
