When I want 2 hear music there are a couple of ways to let foobar play my tunes; playlists and go to the folder where the music is in and rightclick "play in foobar".

When I use these 2 options I find myself facing a problem which irritates me bigtime and I can't seem to find the option to make it behave my way. huh.gif

problem:
When I use "play in foobar", foobar starts to play the desired song(s) but in the process overwriting the last used playlist. So if I listened to music[A] which is a playlist[A] and I start music[B] using "play in foobar", next time I start foobar and select playlist[A] instead of hearing music[A], I hear music[B]. crying.gif

So where can I set the option so playlists don't get overwriten in the process, or that when "play in foobar" is used, there is always 1 special playlist (last played) beying used? unsure.gif

The software is:
Foobar2000 0.9 beta 13
ColumnsUI with playlist switcher
Synthetic Soul
Preferences > General.

In the Commandline group you will see "Always send to playlist".

Not that I use it, but I have mine checked with the playlist name "Enqueued".

I think this should solve your problem...
