Hey guys and girls,

i have a kind of newbie - question: .. but i really couldnt find any answer to it by myself :| .. well,

everytime i start up foobar 2000 (v0.8.3) the console pops - up and shows me an error message like this 31 - times:

ERROR (foo_input_std) : referenced file doesn't exist

.. so i supposed that foobar cant put some files of my music directory per the database - function into it .. but as i compared the files in the directory with the listed up in foobar it seemed that everything was there .. but if this is the case, why foobar should show me that error, on every start - up ..
so i tried to get foobar logging the stuff written in console but the problem was that i didnt found out how to toggle the logging - function .. i always have to start foobar and then say foobar to log now ..
maybe some of you could help me, this would be really friendly, actually i am pretty sure you could ;-) ..

thanks already .. hope you could help me, and sorry for my bad english and this stupid question : \

regards
magni

This is related to cue sheets. For details please try searching the forum for "referenced file doesn't exist".

so are these 31 files listed in my database yet or not, because some other person here in the forum asked how he has to modify his cue sheets to solve the problem, that no errors will be longer reported .. but he already knows which file(s) causes the error and i dont know that : \ .. so how i can find this out, in order to fix it?!

thx and greetings
