I am using flacattack to simultaneously archive my collection to FLAC and MP3 using a folder heirarchy like this:

\flac\Artist\Album
\mp3\Artist\Album

I am also downloading album art using the iTunes Cover dowload tool and saving to the \flac folders.

I'm wondering if there is a simple way to copy all of the .JPG files at once with a script or tool of some kind over to the \mp3 folders to save a lot of manual work.

Sure! Hop over to fileware.co.uk and pickup Filesync. It's shareware, but doesn't expire and is very simple to use and you could apply a file filter to just nab *.jpg or whatever graphics format you're using.
