Is it possible to stream MP3 or OGG without re-encoding the stream? If yes, what Program supports it?

You could try ezstream. It supplies streams to an icecast server, with or without re-encoding.
Quite easy to setup.

Thank you anishbenji and gameplaya15143. Can I also integrate it in Winamp?

AFAIK.. no.. ezstream just runs off a playlist file

I think I know what you are getting at though... I'm guessing you want it to serve whatever song is playing in winamp at the time (follow your winamp playlist).. at the moment, I think the only way to achieve that would be to keep resaving your winamp playlist for ezstream as you change things wink.gif

ezstream isn't for live shows
