Full Version: EAC in VMWare Virtual Machine

I was wondering if anyone has attempted running EAC using VMWare. I'm running Linux and have a Windows virtual machine set up. EAC runs with no problems and appears to rip CD's correctly, but it rips *much* faster than when I ran it in Windows with no virtual machine. Does anyone have any experience with this? Can I trust my rips?

Hardware is emulated in VMs. It's normal. I think you would be better off using a native program.

Afaik, it should be possible to use Wine and EAC with good results in Linux. Correct me if I'm wrong.
