I must have missed something - when did rev 8b come out, and how is it different from 8a?

Rev 8b came out when Dibrom decided to post about it.

There were changes to 2 'c' programs and 1 header file. That's the technical stuff. Having encoded with both, the resulting files appear to be identical but, maybe, Dibrom will tell us otherwise?
