Is it possible to retain the order of songs dropped into a playlist?

I use two instances of fb2k, 0.9b13 and 0.8.3 and use b13 for preview on headphones and 0.8.3 for audio output when I "dj".

Dragging from b13 to 0.8.3 works like a charm, except for one thing - the songs are sorted when they appear in 0.8.3. I have found the option for adding dropped files at the end of the playlist, but is it also possible to add them in the same sequence as they appear in the original playlist in b13? Otherwise I will have to drag them one by one. (I want to disturb the output player as little as possible while playing)

Any help appreciated!

I'm not completely sure if this will work in 0.8.3 (since I don't have it installed), but I tried in 0.9. In general you have "sort incoming files by" field, I made it blank and drag/dropped from explorer and the files came to the playlist in the order they were in explorer _IF_ I grabbed by the first file. If I grabbed say, 5th file, they were arraged like 5..n->1..5. I do'nt know if I'm making any sense and if the same thing happens between two foobars, but it might smile.gif

That worked! Thanks a lot!

(It's located under Core in 0.8.3)

Good, yeah, I thought it might be somewhere else in 0.8.3, but I'm glad you got it working...
