and,of course the teststreams should be 44khz,stereo.
anyone will give me a valid link or some suggestion?
that "google" it is a good recommendation,but with no proper result.
the link to ftp.tnt.uni-hannover.de/pub/MPEG/audio/mpeg1/compliance result in ERROR ,I dont know why .

I accessed the directory on the first try.
Most likely the server was busy when you failed to. Try at other times (at ten minute intervals), or get an FTP client if your browser's FTP support is broken.
