Doesn't your phone support MP3 tones. I've also had my tones at 64kbits CBR Mono and they should great wink.gif

Another one that supports AMR is SUPER, also free, a suite that wraps an array of open-source tools for all sorts of conversions: http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
