I'm in a dual monitor configuration, Foobar resides always maximised on the second monitor (usually beneath the E-mail client program).
Whenever the track changes, on my desktop fades in a small thumbnail of the cover art, plus information on the new song being played.
Where do I configure this behaviour?

foobar2k->prefs->components->pretty popup (or toaster)
toaster preferences are located in the main menu under "Components->Toaster" (NOT in fb2k's preferences pages).
