I'm not sure that this kind of topic is allowed here. Perhaps the reason that the station is proving so tricky to rip is that they do not want people to do so.

I think that ripping stations for personal use is legal.

I don't think your opinions matter much when confronted with the law.

it should fall in with fair-use just like recording a tv program to watch later... as long as you just listen to it later and not keep it.....
