Hi, I wanted to ask that there are so many different compiles of Lame. Are different compiles of the same Lame version different, as far as Quality is concerned ??
I understand that Lame 3.96.1 is the latest Stable version of Lame, is this the best version ??
Where can I download the best compile of this version ?? Please help me ...
