Sorry for the interesting title, but I didn't know what else to call it. I am archiving all my cds at the moment using EAC. What I am trying to do is cutdown on the time required to convert them to both FLAC and MP3 at the same time (FLAC for archiving and MP3 for my MP3 player). Since most of the time is actually spent ripping the uncompressed mp3, what I would like to do is just rip the CD into wav using the "test and copy" option. Then as usual use the FLAC frontend to convert to FLAC. THen use LAME to convert to mp3. However, the way LAME is setup it is really hard to convert if it is not piggybacked onto another program like EAC.
What I am wondering is, is there a way to convert WAV to MP3's in EAC after they are already ripped, or is there another program allows full "user command line" control of LAME that can do this?
