Hi,

I´ve read the SatCP tutorial and this helped me a lot, but I have still two questions about EAC:
When I click the "Detect read sample offset correction" button, eac reports that my pioneer 106s is only capable of overreading into Lead-In. So should I check the box "Overread into Lead-In and Lead-Out" or not?
Next: Should I use "Alternate CD play routines", because the SatCP tutorial says this is only recommended for drives that are good in DAE.

No, you should not use overread lead-in and lead-out because if your drive tries to overread a lead out, you will get errors.

It would be nice if EAC had the option to only overread either the lead-in or lead-out.

Should I use "Alternate CD play routines", because the SatCP tutorial says this is only recommended for drives that are good in DAE.

It is only for the preview with the play button. It enables digital playback instead of analog. It doesn't affect the ripping.
