i thought the option to start playback when foobar starts was a cool. (we used to have it in 0.8.3)
why would i start foobar? to play music! why not start right away

there is another thing i like to mention:
if you close foobar while it is paused, it will start up paused. i realise it might be a matter of taste, but i would prefer it to resume playback.
maybe if you combine those two switches (resume playback after restart + start playing on startup), it could mean that even if you pause foobar before closing it, it will resume playback when restarted.
